Three products and one pro bono build.

Everything here is in use today. The status label on each one says exactly where it stands, and every page links to its support channel.

Phantom Soldier

Veteran stories, told as songs. A project of Project Veteran Overwatch: a veteran tells a story, it comes back as a song released under one name, never theirs, and everything the music earns goes to veteran suicide prevention. We built and maintain the website at no charge.

For: veterans of any branch, era, or job, and the people around them.

What we built

How we decide what to build

A product gets on this list when three things are true: we needed it ourselves, at least one other organization has the same problem, and off-the-shelf software is priced or designed for a different kind of customer. We would rather publish three tools that work than a roadmap of twenty. Pro bono work gets on the list when a veteran-serving organization needs something built and we can finish it.

What every product comes with

  • A product page with an honest status label and a dated changelog.
  • A support channel that reaches the people who wrote the code.
  • A privacy section that says, in plain terms, what data the product touches.
  • No required subscription. If a product needs hosting, you can host it yourself.
